We don't have a large staff, just a few of us who have spent years learning the travel business. The office is very much a part of the local neighborhood, so we see the same people walking past every single day. We handle common things like bus tickets, private car hires, and small holiday packages for families. It is a relatively quiet spot compared to the main road, which we appreciate. We spend our work hours checking different routes and talking to various transport providers. We don't have any kind of polished sales pitch or marketing plan. If someone comes in and wants to go somewhere, we just look up the best way to get there and tell them what the price will be. It is a very simple process. The office has a couple of old desks and a large calendar on the wall that we use to keep track of all our bookings. We aren't a big company with a mission statement or fancy goals.
