Asiatic International

Our place, Asiatic International, is located in Byculla at Gafoor Manzil. It’s right on Station Road, so it’s easy to find if you’re coming from the train. We are in building number 99, which is quite close to Azad High School. Being near the station means there’s always a crowd and plenty of noise, but it’s a good spot for business. We’ve been in this building for a long time. The office has seen better days, maybe it needs a fresh coat of paint, but it’s where we do all our work. We aren't a huge international firm despite what the name might sound like. We’re just a small group of people handling trade and paperwork. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the trains go by. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you have a question, you just talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Most of our day is spent dealing with documents and checking on orders. It’s steady work. We like being in Byculla because everything is close by. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We just run our business from this old building and hope for the best. It’s been working out okay so far. We just take it day by day.
