You’ll find Ashtvinayak Tours & Travels over at Turf Estate on Reid Road. We spend our days dealing with tickets, cars, and travel plans. It’s a busy office, mostly because the phones are always ringing. Turf Estate is a decent place to work out of, though parking can be a real headache some days. We don't have a big travel agency feel with posters everywhere. It’s more about computers and ledgers here. We’ve been helping people get where they need to go for quite a while. Most of our regulars are families from around the area or people who work nearby. We don't use any fancy booking systems that are too complicated. We just talk to people and figure out what they need. Sometimes things go wrong with a flight or a bus, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. That’s just the way it is. Reid Road gets pretty jammed in the evenings. We usually stay until the last customer is sorted out. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. It’s just a small team here, and we know each other well. We try to keep it simple and honest. If a trip isn't a good idea, we’ll usually just say so. It’s a straightforward business.
