We’ve been set up here in Andheri West for a while now. Our office is on the second floor of Shanti Sadan, right in the middle of the Lokhandwala Complex. It’s a busy spot, but we like being where everything is happening. Most days you’ll find a few of us sitting around the desks, talking through plans or dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with being a developer. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. People know where to find us if they need to drop by for a chat. Sometimes the traffic around here gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs doing. It’s not a huge operation, but we know the area well. Being in Shanti Sadan means we're close to our projects and the people we work with every day. We started this because we wanted to build things properly without all the extra noise and corporate nonsense. There’s always someone in the office from morning until fairly late. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years from our windows, and it feels like home to us now. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site drawings. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just reliable folks working in our corner of the city.
