Ashokraje Infra LLP is tucked away in Kalbadevi, which is one of the oldest and busiest parts of Mumbai. We are on the ground floor of the Seth Lalji Dayal Building, located at Plot 3/5 on Dadi Seth Agiary Lane. If you know Malharraowadi, you know it is a maze of narrow lanes and old buildings. Our office is right in the middle of all that history. It’s not the easiest place to reach by car, so most of us just walk from the nearest station. The building itself has that old Mumbai feel, with high ceilings and thick walls. It’s a bit dusty because of all the trade going on outside, but it has character. We do infra work, and being in South Mumbai keeps us close to a lot of the older heritage areas. The street outside is always full of handcarts and delivery people moving goods around. It’s loud and can get a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We don't have a big corporate sign out front. Usually, we just keep the door open to let some air in. Inside, it's just a few desks and a computer or two. We spend our days dealing with site reports and local permissions. It’s a lot of grind, but it’s what we do. We have been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving. Sometimes we grab lunch from the street vendors nearby when we're too busy to go far.
