ASHISH ASARA INFRASTRUCTURE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in the Umerkhadi area, specifically at Abubakar Manzil on N Jadhav Road. It’s an old part of the city near Chinchbunder, and the building has been there forever. This is an OPC, so it’s a one-person company mostly, though I have help when things get busy with infrastructure work. The roads around here are narrow and always crowded with people and trucks. It makes for an interesting workday. I started this because I knew the local area well and saw how much work needed to be done. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine. It’s just me and a few guys dealing with local building stuff. The ground floor office is convenient, even if the walls are a bit old and the paint is peeling in spots. We deal with a lot of paperwork and government stuff for these projects. Chinchbunder is a busy hub, so there’s always something happening outside the door. I’ve lived in Mumbai my whole life, so I know how these neighborhoods work. We aren't looking to expand into some massive corporation with fancy titles. We just want to finish the jobs we take on. It’s simple and honest. If you’re looking for us, look for the old Abubakar Manzil sign. It’s a bit faded but it’s still there. We spend our days mostly on the phone or looking at site plans on the table. It’s not much, but it’s our business and we keep it running.
