Asharyash Buildcon Private Limited

Our office is way up on the 46th floor of Ashok Tower, D Wing. It’s on Dr S S Rao Road in Parel. Even though we are high up in a Mumbai skyscraper, Asharyash Buildcon Private Limited is run by people who grew up on these streets. We see the whole city from up here, but we spend most of our time down on the ground at various sites. Parel has changed so much lately, and being in the middle of it is something else. We handle the usual building and construction tasks that come with being in a place like Mumbai City-400012. It’s a lot of phone calls, coordinating with contractors, and making sure the permits are in order. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, which is just part of life here. We aren't some distant corporation. We’re just a team trying to make sure our projects get finished without too many headaches. The city moves fast, and we try to keep pace, though some days feel like an uphill battle with the red tape. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us doing the work, day in and day out. We value a solid day’s work and keeping things as simple as possible in a complicated city like this one. It gets noisy and crowded, but that is just Mumbai for you. We keep our heads down and get the job done for the people waiting on us.
