Down at the Pannalal Silk Mill Compound on LBS Marg, you’ll find us in the Bhandup Industrial Estate. We are up on the second floor, specifically Unit No - 2082. It’s an old industrial area, so the stairs are a bit steep and the walls have seen better days, but it’s a good place for engineering. Asd Engg Works has been operating out of this compound for quite a while now. The noise from the other units and the traffic on LBS Marg is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our workshop is filled with the usual stuff—lathes, tools, and the smell of cutting oil. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we aren't here to look pretty. We’re here to make things. Bhandup West is full of places like ours, tucked away in these old compounds. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right turn inside the mill area because there are so many small businesses squeezed together. We just keep our door open and stay busy with whatever orders come in. It’s a straightforward life, really. We arrive early, start the machines, and work until the day is done. There’s no fancy lobby or anything, just the workspace and a small area to sit down. That’s how we like it here, just doing our engineering work and keeping the machines running as they should.
