Our office is tucked away in Citi Mall, specifically at number 142 on the Link Road. Being in Andheri West near Sab Tv means there is always something going on outside. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way. We’ve been working out of this space for a good bit of time now, helping folks find apartments or commercial spots around Ankur Park and the neighboring streets. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting behind the desks, shuffling through keys and listing agreements. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s more of a place where you can just walk in and ask what’s available in the area. The mall can get crowded on the weekends, so that’s usually our busiest time. We spend a lot of our afternoons driving around to different buildings to check on things or meet someone who wants to show their flat. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Dealing with the traffic on Link Road is probably the hardest part of the day. We keep our files organized as best as we can, though sometimes the desk gets a bit messy with all the maps and notes we take. People know us as the local guys who stay in the mall. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just matching people with the spaces that are open right now. It’s a steady job and we enjoy being part of the local scene here.
