We are located over on Walkeshwar Road in Malabar Hill. You can find us at Subhadra Mansion, right there on the first floor at Plot No. 74/76. It is not a typical spot for an ice cream business, being up a flight of stairs, but we make it work just fine. We spend most of our time in the back making batches and checking the freezers. Mumbai is a hot city, so people are always looking for something cold to eat. We do not have a big team or any fancy equipment. It is just a few of us making sure the flavors are right. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the hill, but we just deal with it as it comes. We do not have any polished speeches about what we do. We just make ice cream and sell it to the people in the neighborhood. The shop is simple and we keep it clean. You might see us lugging heavy crates up to the first floor in the mornings. It is hard work and it gets sticky, but it is a good way to spend the day. We have been here for a while and the locals seem to know where to find us. We just try to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied without making a big fuss about anything. It is a local business and we like it that way.
