You can find us in the Shivalay Building, specifically in rooms 709 and 710. We have been here in Gandhinagar, Worli for quite some time now. It is a busy part of Mumbai 400018. Our office is usually full of maps, old schedules, and a lot of scrap paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to fix travel routes or checking on where the buses are. It is not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and talking to drivers all day. Worli is a good spot to be, even if the traffic right near the building is a bit much sometimes. We have a few desks squeezed into the two rooms we have. Sometimes the printer jams right when we are in a huge hurry to get someone's ticket printed out. It is just a small team of us working here. We know the regular customers who come in to book their trips back home for the holidays. We do not have a big flashy storefront down on the ground floor. You have to come all the way up to the seventh floor to see us. It is a bit quieter up here away from the street noise, which is actually quite nice for us. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without much fuss. There are no big secrets to what we do. Just a lot of checking dates and hoping the roads are clear. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot from our window.
