Arts World has been sitting here at Shop No.100 in Indra Market for quite some time now. We are right on Road No 29 in Sion, which most people know is pretty close to the Sion Post Office. Mumbai is a busy place, and this little corner is no different. We spend most of our mornings just dusting off the shelves and getting things ready for when people start coming in. It’s not a huge place, but we try to keep enough supplies in stock so nobody leaves empty-handed. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but you get used to it after a while. We have all sorts of stuff for people who like to draw or paint, and we just keep it simple. There is no big corporate office or anything like that, just us behind the counter. If you are looking for us, just look for the post office and we are just a short walk away. The rain can be a bit much in the monsoon, and the shop feels a bit cramped then with all the stock inside. We just do our work and talk to the regulars who have been coming here for years. It is a local spot and we like it that way. We don't do anything fancy, just sell what’s on the shelves and hope it helps someone with their project. That is basically the whole story of this shop in Sion.
