Artfeat

Artfeat is located in Ghatkopar East, right near the Parimal Under Pass. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s a bit of a landmark for people driving through. We’re right there where the traffic flows, so it’s always a bit hectic outside. Our space inside isn't particularly huge, but we have managed to make enough room for what we do. We focus on various art-related things, which is why we picked the name. It feels more like a workshop than a store or a gallery. We have various tools, scraps of wood, and paint containers scattered around the benches. Sometimes the dust from the street and the underpass gets in, so we have to spend time cleaning every morning before we start. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and stay creative. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals recognize us. We don't have a big sign with blinking lights. Most people just stop by because they saw something we were working on or they heard about us from a neighbor in Ghatkopar. The underpass makes it easy to tell people where we are, though the noise from the trains and cars can get pretty loud during the day. We spend most of our hours cutting, painting, or just putting different pieces together. It’s very practical work. We don't use any fancy language to describe it. We just make things and hope they turn out well for those who need them.
