Our office is located in the Shiv Sagar Estate on Annie Besant Road, specifically in F-Block of Ceejay House on the 3rd floor. Worli is a very busy part of Mumbai, and being here puts us right in the center of the action. Arshiya Infrastructure Developers is a small team working on various building and infrastructure projects. Even though Ceejay House is a well-known building, our office is pretty simple. We spend most of our time looking at site reports and trying to coordinate with workers across different parts of the city. Traffic in Worli can be a nightmare, so we try to plan our site visits carefully to avoid getting stuck for hours. The work we do involves a lot of technical details and making sure everything meets the local building codes. It’s not always exciting; there’s a lot of waiting for approvals and dealing with delays that are out of our control. We don’t use any corporate jargon or make big promises. We just take one project at a time and try to finish it without too many problems. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of our clients come to us because they know we are right here in Worli and easy to reach. We drink a lot of coffee, look at a lot of concrete, and just try to keep things moving forward every day. It’s a steady job in a fast-paced city, and we just do our part.
