Ars Enterprises

Ars Enterprises is located near the Ganesh Mandir in the Warje Malwadi area of Dharavi. It’s a lively spot to be in, and there is never a quiet moment around here. We operate out of a small space where we manage various business services and trade. Dharavi is full of energy, and being near the Mandir means there are always people walking past our door. We spend our days mostly coordinating things and talking to people who drop in with questions. The office is a bit cramped, with a couple of desks and a lot of folders piled up. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and a small shrine for luck. The streets in Warje Malwadi are narrow and can get quite muddy when it rains, but everyone just gets on with it. We’ve been part of this community for years, and we know our way around the maze of lanes. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a corporate office, and we like it that way. We use simple tools and focus on getting the work done without much fuss. Usually, there’s a radio playing somewhere nearby, and the smell of street food from the vendors is always around. We close up when the street lights come on and the area gets even busier with people coming home. It’s a tough place to work sometimes, but it is our home and we wouldn't be anywhere else.
