ARREDA REALITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE LLP

ARREDA REALITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE LLP is located in Andheri West, Mumbai. Our office is in the Raheja Classique building, specifically Flat Number 1509 in 2A. We are right on the New Link Road, which is a very busy area with lots of shops and offices around. We deal with both real estate and infrastructure, so our days are pretty varied. One day we might be talking to someone about buying an apartment, and the next we are looking at some infrastructure plans for a new project. It is a bit of a juggle, but it keeps things interesting. The office is high up on the 15th floor, so we get a bit of a view of the city, but we don't spend all our time looking out the window. There is usually a lot of paperwork to get through and people to call. We are not a huge company, so we handle a lot of the details ourselves. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just work on the projects we have and try to find new ones when those are finished. Andheri is a competitive place for this kind of work, so we just try to stay focused on what we are doing. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we have a good routine down now. We just take things as they come and try to be practical about the buildings and deals we manage.
