Arnook Plastics

You can find Arnook Plastics over by the Opera House, right across from where the Dena Bank used to be on Islampura Street. This is an old part of the city and our shop has been part of it for a long time. We deal with plastic goods of various kinds, mostly things that people need for their homes or small shops. The street is very narrow and sometimes it is hard to even get a delivery cart through the lane. Inside, the shop is filled with the smell of new plastic and stacked boxes that go all the way to the back. We don't have a lot of light in here, just a few bulbs hanging from the ceiling. It is not the kind of place where you come to browse in comfort, but we usually have what people are looking for. My father started this business and now we just keep it going the same way he did. We don't use any fancy computer systems to keep track of things; we just know where everything is kept. Sometimes a customer comes in looking for something very specific and we have to dig through the back piles to find it. Islampura Street is always full of life and we like being right in the middle of it. We don't spend money on marketing because the people who need us already know where the Dena Bank landmark is. We just keep the shop open and stay busy.
