Armani Travels

My name is part of Armani Travels and we are located in Shop No 12 at S K Kapadia Chawl. This is over in Ghatkopar West. We are situated near L B S Marg, which stays crowded almost all day long. It's a small shop, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their trips. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we have a fan that keeps things okay. Being near the main road means there is always noise from the buses and rickshaws outside. We help people with their tickets and travel plans. Many of our customers live right here in the chawl or nearby buildings. We’ve known some of them for years. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the front. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to get the bookings done. If you're coming from the station, it's a short ride or a bit of a walk. We try to be here every day, except maybe Sundays when things are quieter. People stop by to ask about train timings or flight prices. We just write things down and try to find what works for them. It's a regular local business in a busy part of Ghatkopar.
