You can find us on the 13th floor of Sanghavi Heights, which is over on Shaikh Misree Road. It’s quite a way up, but the building is easy enough to spot once you get into the area. We are in the business of building ships, which is a bit different from the usual construction you see around here. It takes a lot of planning and a lot of steel. We spend our hours going over technical drawings and checking the latest regulations for marine vessels. The office can get a bit loud because of the traffic downstairs on the road, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we are just a focused group that knows how to put a boat together. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors and making sure the parts we need are actually being manufactured correctly. Shipbuilding isn't easy, and there are always new challenges that pop up with every project we take on. Sometimes the timelines get stretched, and we have to work weekends to catch up. It’s a lot of responsibility because these things have to be safe on the water. We don’t use any big corporate talk or try to sound like something we aren't. We just work on our designs and try to get the ships out to the yards on schedule. It’s a tough industry but we have been at it for a while.
