Aristocrat Luggage Ltd

We are located on the first floor of the Shaha Industrial Estate in Prabhadevi. It’s right near the Hyundai showroom, which is usually how people find us. Since we are on the first floor, you have to come up the stairs, but we have plenty of space once you get here. It is an industrial setting, so it’s not particularly fancy. We deal with a lot of different types of suitcases and travel gear. Prabhadevi is a central part of the city, so we get people coming in from all over. The office is often full of samples and boxes that we are sorting through. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us handling the day-to-day operations. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up carrying things up the stairs ourselves. It keeps us moving. We don't try to sound like a big corporate office even though the name has "Ltd" in it. We are just regular people working in the luggage trade. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the right bags go to the right places. The area can get very congested with traffic, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood well. It's just what we do, day in and day out, without any fuss.
