Arika Visa Specialist is situated at A 15 in the Virvani Industrial Estate, right in Goregaon East. It’s a busy spot near Kadar Sariff Garden, and we spend most of our days right here at the office. Dealing with all kinds of visa applications and the mountains of paperwork that come with them takes up most of our time. Often, people come in with folders full of documents, looking a bit stressed out because they want to travel for work or visit their family. We sit here at the desks and go through everything line by line. Checking names, dates, and passport numbers to make sure nothing is missed is the main part of the job. Sometimes the internet gets a bit slow or the printer starts acting up right when we have a deadline, which can be frustrating. Having been here for a good while, we know the area around IV Cross quite well. Our office isn't a fancy place with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical spot where we get the work done and keep things organized. Most of our focus is on making sure the forms are filled out correctly so things don't get sent back by the embassy. It takes a lot of time and a bit of patience to handle the different rules for every country. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door, but the goal is just to keep things moving.
