Our office is located on N.S.Phadke Road, right near the East-West Flyover in Andheri East. If you know Andheri, you know how busy the traffic can get around the flyover. We are right in the middle of all that action. We handle various real estate matters, mostly focusing on the residential and commercial spots around this part of the city. It's a fast-paced environment and we spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork that comes with buying and selling property in Mumbai. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office feels more like a local hub where people drop in to discuss the latest rates or see what new buildings are coming up. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering calls to going out and showing flats to families. Andheri East is a massive area with so many different neighborhoods, and we try our best to keep a handle on what's happening in each one. Sometimes it's exhausting with the heat and the traffic, but we stay at it. We don't make any grand claims about our work. We just show up every day, open the doors, and work with the people who need our help. It's a practical business and we try to keep it as simple as possible for our clients who are just looking for a place.
