You can find Arihant Holidays inside the Raghuleela Mall in Kandivali West. We are on the ground floor, shop number 303. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are already doing some shopping or grabbing food at the mall. The mall can get really packed on the weekends, but during the weekdays, it is a bit quieter and that is when we get most of our work done. We’ve been in this mall for a while now. The office isn't very big, but it has everything we need to help people with their holiday plans. We spend a lot of time looking at different travel dates and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It is a lot of typing and clicking. Sometimes we have people coming in who aren't really sure where they want to go, so we just talk through a few options. We don't have any fancy sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what is available and what it costs. It’s a practical way to do things. Being at Kandivali West is convenient for us and for the people who live nearby. We see a lot of the same people walking past our window every day. It feels like a small community even though we are in a big mall. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized with all the different bookings we have going on at once.
