The office is a modest place where we spend our days sorting out travel plans and bookings. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now, and the neighbors are all familiar faces. It’s a typical Kandivali setting, always busy with people moving around and cars honking on the road outside. Inside, it’s just a few desks and some cupboards full of files. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern designs. We just want a place where we can work steadily. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have worked with us before. We spend a lot of time on the computer, making sure all the dates and names are entered correctly. It can be tedious work, but it’s important to get it right. Sometimes we share snacks in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We don’t have a big corporate structure or complicated rules. It’s just about getting the job done and making sure the itineraries are ready on time. If someone has a question, they just walk in and ask. We prefer it that way—simple and direct. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening every day.
