ARCELI LANDMARK LLP

You can find us over at the Unique Industrial Estate in Prabhadevi. We are up on the third floor in plot 3/3A. It is an old-school industrial area, so there is always the sound of machines or delivery trucks moving around. The Kismat Cinema is right nearby, and that is usually what we tell people to look for when they are coming to visit us for the first time. Arceli Landmark is what we call ourselves, and we mostly deal with land and property matters in this part of the city. Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Marg is right outside, and as anyone in Mumbai knows, the traffic there can be a real headache during rush hour. Our office space is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for guests, and stacks of documents that never seem to get smaller. It is a busy atmosphere because Prabhadevi is right in the heart of everything. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations because we are usually out at sites or busy with meetings. The building has that classic industrial feel with wide hallways and heavy doors. It might not look like much from the outside, but we get a lot done within these walls. We have been here for a while and the local chai wallah knows our order by heart. It is just a normal, hardworking office where we try to stay on top of our daily tasks without making things complicated.
