ARAINA INFRABUILT LLP

Araina Infrabuilt LLP is tucked away in Borivali East, right in Tuljai CHS. We are in unit C-101, which is quite close to the Jain Temple on Carter Road Number 4. It’s a nice, established neighborhood. Our office is part of a housing society, so it feels very much like a local business. We don't have a big neon sign outside, just a small nameplate. Most of our time is spent managing building projects and dealing with the various permissions needed in Mumbai. It is a lot of running around to different offices and then coming back here to update the files. The team is small, mostly people who have worked in construction for a long time. We know the Borivali area inside out. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the temple bells or the local traffic, but it’s a good place to be. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just a reliable one that gets the projects done. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and tea cups. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't go for much polish, just honest work in a neighborhood we know well. We’ve been here for a few years and the locals are friendly. We usually close up around seven and head home. It is a simple, hardworking life here in Borivali. We focus on the details that keep a building solid and safe for the people who live in them.
