Arafa Tours & Travels

Arafa Tours & Travels is down in Colaba, specifically in the Grants Building on the ground floor. We are right next to the Radio Club, which is a very well-known spot in the Alkapuri area. Being in an old building like this gives the office a bit of character. We handle travel bookings and tours. Most of our work involves helping people get their visas sorted, booking flights, or planning holiday packages. It can be quite a lot of paperwork. Colaba is a touristy part of town. We get people from all over coming in to ask questions. We aren’t a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working out of this ground floor space. Sometimes the office gets crowded with luggage or stacks of travel brochures. We try to keep things moving along. Travel planning can be a bit of a headache with all the changing rules and flight times, so we spend a lot of our time on the phone trying to get clear answers. It’s a practical business. We don't have any big slogans. We just try to make sure people get their tickets and don't run into too much trouble on their trips. We’ve been in the Grants Building for a good while and we like the location near the club. It’s just what we do every day and we hope it helps people out.
