Aqsa Consultants is situated in Kurla East, over in Sector 16 near Gandhinagar H O 33. It’s a busy neighborhood and our office is right there among the local shops and houses. We focus on a lot of the paperwork side of travel, like helping people with their visas or getting all their documents in order so they don't have trouble at the airport. The office is usually quite full of people sitting on the plastic chairs we have lined up along the wall. There’s always a lot of chatter and the sound of the printer going as we make copies of passports and forms. It can get pretty hot in here in the afternoons, especially when the power fluctuates, but we just keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big sign outside. People usually find us because a friend or a neighbor told them we could help with their travel papers. We spend a lot of time double-checking dates and names because one small mistake on a form can cause a lot of problems later on. It’s detailed work and it can be a bit tedious, but it’s what we do. We try to be honest with people about how long things will take instead of giving them false hope. It’s just a regular, practical business in the heart of Kurla and we take each day as it comes.
