APRAJYA CONSTRUCTION LLP is based right on the ground floor of the Jawahar Theatre Compound. We’re located on Dr. R. P. Road in Mulund West. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai, which makes it easy for people to find us. We don't have a big, shiny office in a skyscraper. Instead, we work out of this compound, which feels a bit more grounded and real. Being on the ground floor is handy because we’re always moving equipment or coming in and out from different construction sites. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples, but that’s just the nature of construction. We’ve been operating here in Maharashtra for a while now. We aren't into using big corporate words or making grand promises. We just look at the jobs we have and try to get them done properly. Mulund West is a busy area, and there’s always something being built or repaired, so we stay pretty occupied. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller team, which means we all have to chip in on everything from site visits to managing the books. We don't have a marketing department; we just rely on the work we’ve actually finished. It’s just us, working out of the theatre compound, trying to keep the projects moving along as best as we can manage every week.
