Appu Ice Cream

We are tucked away in Ghatkopar West, specifically over at H O A Cross Road in the 2nd Block, 1st Stage. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but once you find B-2, you are basically there. This part of the neighborhood is usually buzzing with people, especially in the late evenings when everyone wants something cold to eat. We have been serving ice cream here for a good while. It is a small shop, and we do not have a lot of room for fancy seating or big displays. Mostly, people just grab what they want and stand outside or walk while they eat. The freezers hum all day long, which is a sound we have just gotten used to over the years. We see a lot of kids coming in after school, and their parents usually look a bit tired but happy to get a treat. It gets pretty frantic on the weekends, but we try to keep things moving as fast as possible. We are not some big chain; we are just a local spot that people in Ghatkopar know. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep everything from melting, which is always a bit of a nightmare. But that is just part of running a shop in the city. We keep the place clean and keep the flavors what people expect from us. It is a simple life, really.
