Apple Ice Cream

If you walk down 12 Cutar Road, you will find us right near the Lahoria School at Plot No 108 and 109. It gets pretty loud when the school bell rings and all the kids come running out. That is usually our busiest time of the day. We started Apple Ice Cream because we liked the idea of making something people actually enjoy eating. It is hot here most of the year, so a cold scoop of ice cream makes sense. We keep the machines running and try to make sure the freezers stay cold even when the power acts up. The shop isn't very large, but we have enough space for the storage and a small counter. We do everything ourselves, from mixing to packing the tubs. Sometimes we run out of a flavor and people get a bit disappointed, but we just make more the next morning. My brother handles the deliveries and I stay at the shop. We have been in this part of town for a while now. The road can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but people still find their way to us. It is nice seeing the same faces every week. We don't do much advertising; people just know we are here by the school. It’s a good spot. We just want to keep things simple and keep the coolers full. There is usually someone around if you want a taste.
