Apex Travels

Apex Travels is based over at 3 Andheri East, right in the New Timber Yard Layout. We’re quite close to the bus stand and on Mysore Road. Being near the bus stand means we get a lot of people walking in just to check schedules or see if they can get a seat last minute. We handle all sorts of travel bookings. It’s mostly bus tickets and car rentals for people heading out of Mumbai. The office is pretty basic, just a couple of desks and some old maps on the wall. Andheri East is always humming with people, so it never really gets quiet here. We spend a lot of time checking which buses are running and if there are any delays. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by phone, which is a bit of a headache. We aren't a big agency with glossy brochures. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the industrial estates. They just want a ticket that works and a driver who knows the way. We’ve been here for several years now, and the timber yard area has changed a lot. We just keep doing our thing, helping people get from A to B. It’s not complicated, just a lot of checking and re-checking details so nobody gets stranded. We stay open late because that’s when most people finish work and come to book their trips.
