Our office for Anutham Homes Llp is down on the ground floor of Latif House. We are located at Plot No. 242/250 in the Chinchbunder area, specifically on Tukaram Marg. If you know the Iron Market near Carnacbunder, then you know exactly where we are. It is a very busy part of the city with a lot of heavy trucks and noise from the market activities nearby. Being on the ground floor, at 10/A, means we see everyone coming and going throughout the day. The air always smells a bit like salt and metal because of the location near the docks and the iron trade. It is a very traditional business district, not like the shiny new parts of town. We have our desks set up in a way that works for us, even if it feels a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. There is always someone dropping off a delivery or asking for directions in this maze of streets. It is an honest place to work. We don't have fancy lobbies or receptionists in suits. We just deal with our daily business on Tukaram Marg and handle the logistics that come our way. The building has a lot of history, and you can feel that when you walk through the doors. It suits us just fine for what we do here in Mumbai.
