We are based out of Chamunda Krupa on Cottage Lane in Santacruz West. It is a quiet little spot compared to the main roads nearby. Ankur Premises Developers has been working in this area for a good while now. We mostly handle small-scale development and property stuff around the suburbs. It’s a small operation, just a few of us here. The office is number 8, and it’s usually filled with blueprints and site maps. Santacruz has a specific feel to it, and we try to work within that local vibe. Dealing with construction and permits in Mumbai is never a quick process. We spend a lot of our time waiting on phone calls or visiting sites to see if the work is actually getting done. There are always delays with weather or materials, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. We’re just local people who know how to get things built. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have multiple projects going on, but we manage. My desk is always covered in papers and coffee cups. People stop by to ask about new projects or just to see what’s happening with their property. We give honest updates, even if it’s not what people want to hear about delays. It’s just about being practical and staying on top of the day-to-day tasks. That is how we have stayed in business this long.
