You can find us right on the ground floor on Grant Road, very close to the Madhav Baug Temple. The bells from the temple ring all day, which is actually quite nice to hear while we are working at our desks. The office is at number 14. It’s a small room with a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around on every surface. We spend most of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to find bus routes for people. It’s always a bit chaotic here, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go back to their villages at the same time. We have a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their turn. The walls are covered with old calendars and maps that have seen better days. My cousin and I run the place together. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. If the printer breaks, we just fix it ourselves with some tape. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the door, but then it gets way too hot inside. We know most of the people who live in the buildings around here. They stop by just to say hello or ask about ticket prices for the next month. We don't do any big fancy marketing. We just have a board outside with our name written on it. (249 words)
