We’ve been at Zia Apartment for quite a while now. It’s right across from the Rippon Hotel in Mumbai Central. People usually stop by when they’re planning a trip or just need to figure out train timings. The office isn't very big, but we keep things moving. Sometimes it gets busy in the afternoons with locals coming in. We handle a lot of paperwork here. It's just a regular spot where we help people get from one place to another. You can see the hotel right from our front door. My desk is usually covered in forms and schedules. It’s a noisy part of town, but we like it here. Most of our neighbors know us by name now. We don't really do fancy ads or anything. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else. It's mostly about getting the job done so folks can travel without too much stress. If you’re around Mumbai Central, you’ve probably seen the sign. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the changes in travel rules, but we manage. Just a small team doing our thing day in and day out. There isn't much more to it than that, just tickets and plans.
