Trip Assistance

You can find Trip Assistance inside Hotel Sunshine, specifically in Room 202. We are located in Chimat Pada on Ruby Coach Lane, which is right opposite The Qube in Marol, Andheri East. It is a very busy part of the city with lots of traffic and people always in a rush to get to the airport or their offices. Our office is small and tucked away, mostly just a space for our computers and phones. We spend our days helping people with their travel plans, like booking flight tickets or sorting out train journeys. It’s not a big travel agency with posters everywhere. It’s more of a quiet spot where we can focus on the bookings. Andheri East can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, and Ruby Coach Lane is a tight squeeze for cars. We get a lot of calls from people who are stressed about their trips and we just try to find them a decent price and a good route. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk and staring at screens for hours. Sometimes the internet acts up and that makes things difficult, but we just keep at it. We have been in Marol for a while and we know how the local travel market works. It’s just a regular service we provide to anyone who walks in or calls us up for some help.
