Marathon

Our office is tucked away in Sagar Tech Plaza, specifically in units B/908 and 909. We are right on the Andheri-Kurla Road in Sakinaka, which everyone knows is one of the busiest stretches in Andheri East. Marathon isn’t some unreachable entity; we are just a group of people working out of this building. The elevators are usually busy, and the hallways have that typical office building feel. We like being in Sakinaka because it’s so central for transport, even if the traffic is a nightmare during peak hours. Inside our space, things are pretty low-key. We have the usual setup you’d expect for a Mumbai business. There’s coffee, there are computers, and there’s usually a lot of talking going on as we figure out our next steps. We aren't big on corporate slogans. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days we stay late to get things done, and other days we’re out as soon as the clock strikes. It’s a very standard way of working, but it works for us. The view from the ninth floor gives us a bit of a look at the city, which is nice when things get stressful. We’ve been here long enough to know the security guards and the guys who run the local tea stalls. It’s our little corner of Mumbai, and we’re just trying to do our jobs well and keep things moving forward as best as we can.
