We are based right here in Borivali East. It is a busy spot but we like it that way. Most of the time, the shop is filled with the sound of the phone ringing or the printer going off. We spend our mornings looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who walk in. It is not a huge office, just a simple place where we keep our maps and ledgers. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it goes. People from the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask a quick question or tell us about their last trip. We have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving on hot afternoons. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We handle a lot of paperwork every single day. There are always forms to fill out or tickets to check twice. It is honest work and we have been doing it for a long time. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights, just the name on the door and our desks inside. If you are around Borivali East, you have probably walked past us. We just try to get things done right so nobody has a headache later. That is basically what happens here from Monday to Saturday until we close up and head home.
