ANANT MADHUVAN REALTY LLP is tucked away in the Nirmal Galaxy Commercial Building in Mulund West. We are in office number 238. If you’re familiar with the area, we’re right near the Deep Mandir cinema, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The building is always buzzing with people from different businesses. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—functional and a bit tight on room, but we make it work. We have our desks crammed in there and a lot of maps on the walls. Being in Mulund means we’re right in the middle of everything. The noise from the street is constant, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We deal with property and realty stuff mainly. It’s a lot of running around and meeting people at different sites, so the office is often half-empty during the day. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with being a small realty firm. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We’ve been at this location for a while and don’t see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s a practical spot for a business like ours. We just try to keep up with the paperwork and keep our clients updated on their projects.
