Amul Classic Ice Cream

Amul Classic Ice Cream is over in the Byculla area, specifically in the Byculla 10 part of town. We have been running this shop for a while now. It is a simple place where we keep the freezers full of ice cream for whoever walks through the door. Byculla is an old part of the city, and our shop fits right in with the other local businesses around here. We don't have any flashy lights or big decorations. It is mostly just the white freezers and the counter where we stand. People come in when it is hot outside, which is basically all the time here in the city. We see a lot of families coming in after dinner for a treat. Sometimes kids come in with just a few coins looking for something small. We have all the usual flavors that people grew up with. It is not a complicated business. We just make sure the electricity stays on so the ice cream doesn't melt and we keep the place clean. Being in Byculla 10 means we have a lot of regulars who have been coming here for years. We know their names and what they usually like to buy. It is a quiet kind of work, but we enjoy it. There is no corporate vibe here, just us serving the neighborhood. It is just a regular ice cream shop for the local community that has been here for years.
