Our office is over at Mangaldas Lane, specifically in Building No. 4 on the first floor. It’s unit B 331. We are in the 400002 area of Mumbai. It’s a very busy commercial neighborhood. Most of the time, the streets are packed with people and goods moving around. We work on developing different properties in the city. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. The office is where we keep all the records and try to make sense of the project timelines. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the business ourselves. We are often out at the sites checking on things, so the office might be empty for a few hours here and there. Building things in Mumbai is a slow process with a lot of hurdles. We just take it one day at a time. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the other tenants well. It’s a community of small businesses mostly. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one. It’s a practical way of working. Most of our clients find us because they saw a building we worked on or they know someone we worked with before.
