We’ve been at this address on N M Joshi Marg for some time now. It’s a busy, noisy area, but it’s where all the building happens. Our workspace isn’t anything to write home about, just a functional area where we manage our construction projects. We are usually out at the sites, so the office is mostly for the behind-the-scenes stuff like permits and planning. We don’t use any polished corporate language or fancy slogans. We are just a group of builders who take our work seriously. Construction in Mumbai is a challenge every day, with the small spaces and the crazy weather, but we’ve learned how to deal with it. Our desks are usually covered in site photos and technical drawings. We don't spend much on advertising because we prefer to focus our energy on the builds themselves. People in the area know us because we’ve been around the compound for a while. We just aim to get the work done right and on time. If you’re near Plot 12, feel free to stop by. There’s usually someone around to talk about upcoming projects or current sites. It’s a simple business, and we like to keep it that way without any unnecessary fuss.
