Amk Engineering

If you head down towards the Nalanda Bus Stop in Ghatkopar East, you will find our shop at number 3 in the Anand Van building. We are right there in the Budh Viha area of Kammagondanahalli. Amk Engineering is basically a workshop where we get our hands dirty every single day. We do a lot of small-scale fabrication and repair work for the local guys and small businesses. It is definitely not a quiet place to work. There is usually the sound of a drill going or someone hammering a piece of metal into the right shape. We started this shop because we liked fixing things and eventually it turned into a full-time job for us. The shop is a bit cramped with all the tools and scraps of metal lying around, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We do not have a fancy reception area or anyone wearing a suit. If you come by, you will probably see us in our grease-stained shirts working on some project. Sometimes these projects take longer than we thought because a part does not fit right and we have to start the whole thing over. That is just how engineering goes at this level. We do our best to help out the neighbors when their gates break or they need a specific metal bracket made. We have been in this part of Ghatkopar for years. The bus stop makes it easy for people to find us.
