Amj Buildcon Private Limited is located in Borivali East, right in the heart of the Devipada area. If you’re looking for us, we’re on the first floor of Chaugule Chawl. It’s a very local spot, situated right near the Kiran General Store on the main road. Being in a chawl setup means we are right in the middle of the community, which is exactly how we like it. The Gulmoh area around here is always bustling with people going about their daily business. You can hear the sounds of the street and the general store downstairs throughout the day. Our office isn't large, but it’s where all the planning for our building projects happens. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai-Mumbai City for a while, and most of the neighbors know us by now. To get to us, you just walk up the stairs from the road level. It’s a very simple, practical workspace without any of the fancy decorations you might see in more expensive parts of the city. We spend our days dealing with contractors and looking over plans for various construction jobs. Borivali East is a busy place, and being in Devipada keeps us connected to the ground reality of the city. We just do our work, drink our chai, and make sure everything with Amj Buildcon is ticking along as it should be.
