Amitha Construction & Infrastructure Private Limited

We are based out of Mira Road East, specifically in the Samarpan building at Unique Gardens. It’s A-1001, so we are up quite high. Amitha Construction & Infrastructure Private Limited is what we call the business. Being off Kanakia Road means we are in a pretty busy part of Thane, near the Mumbai City border. It’s mostly residential around here, so we see a lot of families going about their day while we are planning our construction projects. The office feels more like a home since it’s in a CHS, which makes the whole thing feel a bit more relaxed than a glass tower. We do a lot of work on roads and buildings, the basic infrastructure that people need. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, and we end up waiting around chatting with the neighbors. It’s a good spot though, because everything we need is right within walking distance. We spend our hours coordinating with crews and making sure the supplies are getting to where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking maps. We don't really do the big sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to get it done without too much fuss. That’s just the way it goes for us on Mira Road.
