Amit Engineering Works

Amit Engineering Works is located at 103 in the Andheri East MIDC area. We are quite near Hope India, which is a big landmark around here. The workshop is always full of the sound of machines and the smell of cutting oil. We spend our days at 103 working on various engineering jobs that come through the door. Andheri East is always crowded, and the MIDC is no different. There are trucks and tempos constantly moving in the lanes. Our space isn't clean or quiet. It’s a place where work gets done. We have various tools and machines that have been with us for years. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or grease. That's just part of being in an engineering workshop. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in our overalls. We talk to other business owners in the MIDC and sometimes help each other out with tools. It's a hard-working environment. We don't do much in terms of advertising. Most people find us because they are already in the area or they heard about us from someone else. It's just a regular engineering shop doing its part in the big industrial heart of Andheri. It gets hot in the summer with the machines running, but we just get on with it and finish the day's tasks.
