Amigo Sound N Lights Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is tucked away in the M.H.B. Colony in Mahim, Mumbai. It’s at 5/165, and if you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and lively Mahim can get. Being Amigo Sound N Lights Pvt. Ltd. means our day is usually filled with checking cables, testing speakers, and making sure the lights actually turn on when they are supposed to. We have a lot of gear stacked up in the office. It can get a bit messy with all the wires and flight cases lying around, but we know where everything is. The crew is usually out at some site or another, but this is our main base. We started small and just kept at it. It is noisy work sometimes when we have to test the sound systems, and I’m sure the neighbors in the colony wonder what we are doing sometimes. We don't have a corporate office with a view, just a practical space where we can maintain our equipment. We work long hours because events don't really happen on a nine-to-five schedule. Usually, we are packing up vans late at night or early in the morning. It’s hard work, lifting heavy stuff and climbing ladders, but it is what we do. We just want the show to go on without any glitches. Nothing fancy, just us and our tools in Mumbai, trying to make things look and sound okay.
