Ambika Properties Ltd is located at 2 Andheri West Kalina, which is quite close to the Lokhandwala Circle. Being in Andheri West means it’s always busy outside, with rickshaws and cars constantly moving. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a straightforward space where we manage property matters. We don’t have any high-end furniture or polished floors; it’s just a typical office with desks and chairs that work for us. We’ve got a lot of files on the shelves because we’ve been doing this for a long time. The area near Lokhandwala Circle is very well-known, so people don’t usually have a hard time finding where we are. We spend our days mostly answering questions and sorting out paperwork for different houses and apartments. Sometimes we have to step out to look at a site, but someone is usually here at the desk. The office can get a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep it decent. It’s a simple life here, just doing the work and talking to the people who come by. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the job done and help folks out with their property needs.
