Satyabhama Developers

We've been around Ambernath East for a while now, mostly working out of our spot on B- Cabin Road in Sadahivpuram. It’s a busy area but we like it here. People often ask what we actually do at Satyabhama Developers, and it’s mostly just making sure buildings get put up the right way. We spend a lot of time on site, checking things and making sure the guys are doing what they’re supposed to do. Construction is messy and there are always delays with materials or rain, but we try to keep things moving. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a place where we keep our papers and meet with folks who want to talk about land or building something new. Sometimes the tea runs out and the fan makes a bit of noise, but that’s just how it is. We know the local roads and the way things work in this part of town, which helps when we're trying to get permits or figure out where to park the truck. It isn't always easy, and some days are just long hours and phone calls that don't end. But we’ve stayed here in Sadahivpuram because this is where our work is. If you're walking past B- Cabin Road, you'll probably see us coming or going. We just focus on the job in front of us. It is what it is, just hard work every single day.
